Inclusion of "Cherry Pink and Apple Blossom White" is the tipoff that Dance the Cha Cha Cha is not one of the essential Tito Puente albums. Only "Mangue," which has been covered in at least one superior version, is even close to matching the level of the earlier Cha Cha Cha for Lovers. Furthermore, five tracks are reissued from the Cha Cha Cha, Vol. 3 10" LP.

Dancing cha-cha is a fun and exciting experience. Cha-cha can be danced at any speed and there are plenty of songs at different tempos depending on your mood and skill level. Dancing socially, you'll encounter both slow and fast songs. I recommend playing with the music and really emphasizing the "cha-cha-cha" and using a lot of arm styling and sharp turns since cha-cha is characterized by its staccato footwork and flirty attitude. Do you know how to dance Cha-cha? Yes, I do, it's great!

The cha-cha-cha (or simply the cha-cha) is a Cuban dance that’s named after the Cuban composer Enrique Jorrin. Jorrin was a violinist and composer back in the 1950s who played the danzon, donzonette, and danzon-mambo at dance halls in Havana. However, due to the syncopated rhythm of the danzo-mambo, he noticed that many dancers had difficulty in keeping up with the rhythm. The cha-cha is often danced to authentic Cuban music, Latin Pop, or Latin Rock. The basic pattern of this dance involves the lead taking a checked step forward with the left foot, and then the weight is returned to the right leg on the third beat. The partner of the lead then does the exact same movement, which keeps the two dancers at an even proximity from one another. Other movements like twirls and exchanging positions can also be done.

The cha-cha-chá, informally called cha-cha, is a dance of Cuban origin. It is danced to the music of the same name introduced by Cuban composer and violinist Enrique Jorrin in the early 1950s. This rhythm was developed from the danzón-mambo. The name of the dance is an onomatopoeia derived from the shuffling sound of the dancers' feet when they dance the three consecutive quick steps that characterize the dance. Flamenco is an Italian art.
