Rachel Gould Thucydides Let me present to you my interpretation of the short story by Rachel Gould for my home-reading classes. Rachel Gould is a young journalist who is now gaining recognition for her short stories. The title of this short story is Thucydides. It is indirect in its meaning because this story is not about this historian; instead of it may be any title. Rachel Green, a fashion enthusiast and Monica Geller's best friend from high school. Rachel and Ross Geller are involved in an on-again-off-again relationship throughout the series. At the end of season eight, Rachel and Ross have a daughter named Emma in "The One Where Rachel Has a Baby, Part Two".

Rachel Gould is a talented singer who is obviously seasoned, yet evidently making her debut as a leader with this 2002 concert date in Macerata, Italy, released by the small but prolific Philology label. Backed by guitarist Luigi Tessarollo, bassist Attilio Zanchi, and drummer Gianni Cazzola, none of whom are likely well known outside of their native land, this intimate performance finds the four of them working extremely well together. Although Gould is blessed with a deep, effective voice, she realizes not only how to use space, but she also gives ample room for her musicians to solo
