Unbroken is the fifth studio album by Australian singer-songwriter Shannon Noll. The album is his first with Warner Music Australia. The album was announced in December 2017 with Noll saying, "It's been a good while since I've released an album even though I've been writing the whole time and I'm so proud to say that these songs are the best of all the songs I have written.
Lift is the second studio album by Australian singer-songwriter Shannon Noll. It was released by Sony BMG in Australia on 16 October 2005. Noll co-wrote eleven out of the thirteen songs in the album. The album debuted at number 1 on the Australian Recording Industry Association album chart on 23 October 2005 with a platinum certification and was eventually certified three times platinum.
Noll was asked by Canadian artist Bryan Adams to support him on Adams' Australian tour throughout February and March 2005. It was during these concerts that Noll premiered two songs he had written for his new album, Lonely and the unreleased The Winner Takes It All. On 25 August 2005, the first single from his second album Lift, entitled Shine was released to Australian radio. The track premiered simultaneously Australia wide and quickly became one of the most requested songs.
album What Matters the Most, featuring songs from his previous albums, was released in the UK to coincide with the tour but it did not chart. Two of his previous singles, "Shine" and "Now I Run", were re-released to accompany the album's UK release.

The most assertive and overtly poppy track is Who I Am. This is Noll telling it like it is in a lyric that pins itself to an instantly memorable melody. There’s a wind upon my back that won’t say die, he sings, before the song opens up into an irresistible soaring chorus. That realisation for Shannon Noll is clearly a reflection of how he has taken stock between his last record and this one. An artist who started out in a siblings covers band, who found fame as a close second to Guy Sebastian on the first Idol and whose string of awards, platinum and gold singles and albums and a run of 10 consecutive top 10 hits (What About Me, Shine, Drive, That’s What I’m Talking About to name a few) that remains an.
