Seeing the Spice Girls live was something pretty much every 90s kid’s dream – who am I kidding, it still is every 90s kid’s dream. To be able to feel the sheer force of their girl power was something young girls (and boys!) dreamed of as they danced the learned-by-heart routines to each and every one of their no. 1 singles in their childhood bedrooms. And when I was just five years old, for me that universal dream came true. It must be said, as my first time seeing the Spice Girls and my first time attending a concert ever, everything was a little overwhelming and my memory a little blurred, but the impression they have left on me is crystal clear and one of complete amazement. A Spice Girls show is not one to miss, not only because of their notoriety, but also because of their utter showmanship, strong live deliverance and overall party-time, feel-good performance.

Sophomore album Spiceworld followed a year later, selling over 20 million copies worldwide, along with a film (Spice World) and a string of further hits – Spice Up Your Life, Too Much, Stop and Viva Forever. Between 1996 and 1998 the band saw three consecutive Christmas N. s in the UK. The group have also sold a collective 85 million records worldwide – making them the best-selling female group of all time, one of the best-selling pop groups of all time, and the biggest British pop success since The Beatles.

After their third album "Forever" released in 2000 didn't sell as well as hoped, the Spice Girls decided to go separate ways. In 2007, the five members got together again to go on their last world tour. Over the past year, there has been endless speculation about a reunion but a deal has finally been signed. While the tour reportedly doesn’t start until 2019, Mel B recently announced that she’s checking into rehab after being diagnosed with post-traumatic stress syndrome

Act 1 Forever Spice, The concert starts out with an intro composed by Nathan McCree. During the whole show the girls would move from the stage to the circular one in the centre on the main stage. When Say Youll be There was performed, it started with a slightly faster a cappella version of the song, the version of Right Back At Ya performed was the pop version. The girls introduced it as a song and as a get back to the critics. The full show in Birmingham was recorded for a live album, the full audio was broadcast live on BBC Radio 1, and was being mastered for an official release. On 31 May 1998, Geri Halliwell announced her departure from the Spice Girls, through her solicitor she stated, Sadly I would like to confirm that I have left the Spice Girls.
