It is the final track on Bob Marley & the Wailers' ninth and final album made when he was alive, Uprising, produced by Chris Blackwell and released by Island Records. Unlike most of Marley’s works, Redemption Song is a strictly solo acoustic track with no sign of the reggae style present in nearly everything else he has made. Instead, it is a deeply contemplative and personal song that evoked the sound and style of another Bob: Bob Dylan

He said that he EXPLAIN some French poetry to us. It was an unusual, but interesting French class. The poem WRITE on the board, our new teacher read it and then we discussed the poet’s message, choice of words and other poetical things. Probably because the teacher was almost the same age as us, we felt relaxed and spoke freely. He also told us several amusing STORY about the poet and his time. When the class was almost over, our substitute teacher invited us to attend the next session of the school literary society.
