The Black Keys is an American rock band formed in Akron, Ohio, in 2001. The group consists of Dan Auerbach (guitar, vocals) and Patrick Carney (drums). The duo began as an independent act, recording music in basements and self-producing their records, before they eventually emerged as one of the most popular garage rock artists during a second wave of the genre's revival in the 2010s.
Let's Rock (stylized with quotation marks) is the ninth studio album by American rock duo the Black Keys, released on June 28, 2019, through Easy Eye Sound/Nonesuch Records. The album was produced by the band and is their first album since 2014's Turn Blue. It was preceded by the singles "Lo/Hi", "Eagle Birds", and "Go". Lo/Hi" topped Billboard's Mainstream Rock, Adult Alternative Songs, Rock Airplay, and Alternative Songs charts in the US simultaneously, making it the first song ever to do so.

Brothers (The Black Keys album). Brothers is the sixth studio album by American rock duo The Black Keys. Co-produced by the group, Mark Neill, and Danger Mouse, it was released on May 18, 2010 on Nonesuch Records. Brothers was the band's commercial breakthrough, as it sold over 73,000 copies in the United States in its first week and peaked at number three on the Billboard 200, their best performance on the chart to that point.

The Black Keys would make better albums than this one, but you can never quite recapture the holy shit of hearing The Big Come Up for the first time. 3. El Camino With a bonafide hit under their belt (2010’s Brothers), The Black Keys struck while the money was hot and made an album that was basically the soundtrack to the unlikely story of an Ohio blues-rock duo that figures out how to write bonafide hits. In the end, they get to play with all the toys-specifically, bubblegum bells and synths and elastic bass guitars.
