Meeting in the Ladies Room" is a song recorded by Klymaxx for the MCA Records label, and the title track from their fourth album. It was written by Reggie Calloway, Vincent Calloway, and Boaz Watson. It was released as a single, reaching number 4 on the Billboard R&B chart, number 59 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and peaked at number 22 on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart.

Meeting in the Ladies Room is the fourth studio album by Klymaxx, released in 1984, it reached No. 18 on the Billboard 200 and No. 9 on the R&B album chart. It is certified Platinum. This was Klymaxx’s most successful album in my eyes, it contained nothing but hits that gained the group there due in the music industry. A all girl band that actually played all the instruments was amazing and some thought it couldn’t be done but the girls did so and made hits while doing so, that’s amazing if you ask me. Klymaxx's first two albums on SOLAR records were decent, but were poor sellers due to the lack of promotion from the company's CEO, Dick Griffey. Despite not favoring "Video Kid," Meeting In The Ladies Room is a enjoyable, attitude driven album with a blend funk, soul, and pop elements that helped the band crossover to the top 20. It also empowered women in believing that they can do things men can do when it comes to love (obtaining it and keeping it - like the title track, "Men All Pause" and "Lock & Key") and still remain sensitive ("I Miss You").
