Gluecifer is a hard rock band based in Oslo, Norway. Formed in 1994, they produced several underground releases during their first years of existence and soon claimed to be "kings of rock". In 1997, the album Ridin' the Tiger (released on record label White Jazz) provided an artistic and commercial breakthrough and placed Gluecifer among Hellacopters from Sweden at the forefront of the Scandinavian hard rock wave of the late 1990s.

Gluecifer always delivers great backup vocals as well, which lend to the 70s Rock God sound they've managed to perfect. If you don't believe me, check out these songs first: BossHeaded, Go Away Man, Silver Wings, and Gimme Solid Gold. And if you hate pretentious goth types, you'll get a kick out of Lord of the Dusk. Leading off with the abovementioned kick in the ribs, two things are immediately apparent. One, Biff Malibu actually sings! The vocal is definitely not your average punk/rock/Stooges type yell, it has more in common with some of the great blues rock singers of the past, in that it sounds well lived in. Secondly, the guitars are right on the money, and when the first riff comes crashing in, you know you are in the presence of greatness. Release group by Gluecifer. NO. Voices of Wonder.
