NotesThe Loch Ness videogame soundtrack was released to the public as a free digital release in 2012 [sic, correct is 2013] on the legowelt bandcamp page, this is the very first time this release sees the light on cassette tape with a number of unreleased [...] tracks [7, 8, 12 to 14] also made on with the Commodore 64's sound chip. This new bandcamp digital version has been recorded straight from that cassettetape so you can experience the tranquil tape noise of magnetic particles in the comfort of your own computer.

Loch Ness is not a vintage Commodore 64 treasure: it's actually a game made by a Legowelt fan-more precisely, the winner of a competition hosted by the Dutchman, where he invited fans to make their own C64 game and promised to score the winning entry himself. According to the man himself, Loch Ness was "composed and recorded on a snowy winter evening with a bunch of Commodore 64s, using its mighty MOS SID chip going trough a barrage of analog delays, tandy radioshack mixers and electromagnetic static that's emitted by the rubbing of Legowelt's fleece sweaters and silk blouses straight onto dusty cassette tape.
