Yin-Yang is the third album released by Victor Wooten. The track "Pretty Little Lady" has a vocal line that was recorded backwards and then played in reverse, so that it appears to sound normal. This is an example of phonetic reversal. There is a video of the recording of "Zenergy" and "Resolution" found on Victor Wooten and Carter Beauford "Making Music". Imagine This" (V. Wooten) – 5:08. Yinin' & Yangin'" instrumental (V. Wooten) – 4:36. Hip Bop" (V. Wooten) – 4:03.

Victor Wooten redefines the word musician. Regarded as one of the most influential bassists since Jaco Pastorius, Victor is known for his solo recordings and tours and as a member of the Grammy-winning super-group, Béla Fleck & The Flecktones. He is an innovator on the bass guitar, as well as a talented composer, arranger, producer, vocalist, t and simply one of the finest people we know. In 1995, Victor approached us with an idea to have a yin-yang symbol inlaid on a Monarch bass

Yin-Yang is the third album released by Victor Wooten. An album is a collection of audio recordings issued as a collection on compact disc, vinyl, audio tape, or another medium. Albums of recorded music were developed in the early 20th century as individual 78-rpm records collected in a bound book resembling a photograph album; this format evolve. arly record albums were multiple 78rpm discs packaged in book form, like a photograph album.

There's little question that Victor Wooten is an ambitious musician. That was evident from his first two records, but Yin-Yang easily reaches farther than any album he has yet made. Spanning two discs, one instrumental and one vocal, Yin-Yang tries a little bit of everything, all underneath a smooth fusion umbrella. There's a bass showcases, worldbeat fusions, bluegrass jazz, smooth soulful jazz with banjos, full-fledged urban soul, songs based around baby gibberish - a little bit of everything, all given immaculate, glossy production.
