33 years later, in July 2010, Plastic Bertrand admitted it was in fact Lou Deprijck who was heard on the hit single. In the early Eighties he was invited to join the cast of Abracadabra, a musical inspired by ABBA songs. His song called Mon nez, mon nez (My nose, my nose) was set to the music of Money Money Money.
Jouret was born in Brussels of a French father and Ukrainian mother. At the age of nine, he became a singer and drummer in the 'Buffalo Scouts Band', a group he formed with the Boy Scouts, which performed covers of Rolling Stones songs.
Plastic Bertrand's "Ca Plane Pour moi" was a worldwide hit in the late 70's. First french "Punk" song. Has been used in several well known movies, TV series and advertisings.
