Sunday Afternoon Boatride In The Park On The Lake.

Lookin' Through the Windows is the sixth studio album by the Jackson 5, released on the Motown label in May 1972. The album sold . million copies worldwide. Lookin' Through the Windows marks the beginning of lead singer Michael's vocal change, from the boy soprano who fronted the Jackson 5's early hits, to the tenor who would later become a successful solo artist. Though he could still reach his famed high notes, his voice was filling out, allowing him to also reach lower registers.

Through the Eyes of Love (Theme from Ice Castles)" (sometimes incorrectly referred to as "Looking Through the Eyes of Love"), is an Academy Award and Golden Globe Award-nominated ballad performed by American singer Melissa Manchester, from the soundtrack of the 1978 film Ice Castles. Through the Eyes of Love is featured during the climax of the film, as the song Lexie (played by Lynn-Holly Johnson) skates to it in the first competition after she has become blind due to a skating accident.

Lazing on a Sunday Afternoon chronicles a week in the life of a seemingly ordinary man whose week peaks on Sunday afternoon. In a true Vaudevillian spirit, the song sounds as if sung through a megaphone. The effect was achieved by using two headphones placed within a metal can. The song is a stark contrast to the preceding hard-rock diss-track, Death on Two Legs. It makes this song seem like an extra slap in the face to the band’s old label

Lazing On A Sunday Afternoon. Written by Freddie Mercury. Recording information by Philipp ([email protected] de) can anybody tell me the studio? Released in 1975 on the album A Night At The Opera. General: Hi folks, finally I´m back! Now it´s time to pay tribute to the 7th shortest Queen-song ever (sorry folks, but Dear Friends is some few milliseconds shorter). This is one of my favourite one-minute-songs. It is short, but full ideas and cleverly produced gimmicks. Drums: Roger used two ride cymbals, a tender one and one with lots of attack. The signal probably went through pre-amp and EQ and then into the desk. The bass plays an improtant role in this song. When you listen with karaoke-trick, the piano will sound slightly different, as the bass(which is in the center) is missing.

It depicts people relaxing in a suburban park on an island in the Seine River called La Grande Jatte, a popular retreat for the middle and upper class of Paris in the 19th century. A Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte is one of those rare cases where a single artwork is able to stand out completely – its transcendence, both narratively and technically, is instinctively recognized by everyone. What makes this painting even more unique and mysterious is that the theme of the work is not some profound emotion or momentous event, but the banalest of workaday scenes. They also had a problem with the rigid state of the portrayed people and many criticized it for being too mathematical. However, after A Sunday Afternoon On the Island Of La Grande Jatte was exhibited in 1884, it was mostly heralded as a grand work of meticulous proportions.

During World War II, the SS American Star used to transport supplies and soldiers. After that, she became a popular cruise ship, a real hit with the public. In the 1980s, they wanted to turn her into a floating prison, and then a hotel. If the world of sunken ships had a ruler, it would surely be Titanic. She’s been called unsinkable, grandiose, and luxurious. But she tragically collided with an iceberg during her maiden voyage in 1912 - a horrible accident that claimed the lives of thousands.

Lazing on a Sunday Afternoon. Бездельничать воскресным днем (перевод Надежда Ковина). I go out to work on Monday morning. Я выхожу на работу в понедельник утром, Tuesday I go off to honeymoon. Во вторник уезжаю в медовый месяц, I'll be back again before it's time for sunny-down, Вернусь назад раньше, чем закатится солнце, I'll be lazing on a Sunday Afternoon. Воскресным днем я буду бездельничать. Bicycling on every Wednesday evening. Вечер каждой среды - велосипедный спорт, Thursday I go waltzing to the Zoo. В четверг, пританцовывая, я иду в зоопарк

At The Disco's music video for 'Nine In The Afternoon' from the album, Pretty. Back to the street Down to our feet Losing the feeling of feeling unique Do you know what I mean? Back to the place Where we used to say Man it feels good to feel this way Now I know what I mean. Back to the street, back to the place, Back to the room where it all began, hey Back to the room where it all began 'Cause it's nine in the afternoon.

It’s impossible not to fall in love with this marvelous revival.
