Think" is a song written and performed by American singer Aretha Franklin. It was released as a single in 1968, from her Aretha Now album. The song reached No. 7 on Billboard Hot 100, becoming Franklin's seventh top 10 hit in the United States. The song also reached number 1 on the magazine's Hot Rhythm & Blues Singles, becoming her sixth single to top the chart. The song was written by Aretha and then husband Ted White

Never Grow Old" was reissued by Checker Records in 1957, 1968 and 1973. Precious Lord (Part 1)" was reissued by Checker Records in 1960 and 1969. The following singles were released or re-released after Franklin left Columbia.

Aretha Franklin - "One Step Ahead" (Ayatollah Remix). If you're a hip-hop head, you'll rather quickly recognize this beat as the backbone of Mos Def's classic "Ms. Fat Booty. Ayatollah produced this slick, jazzy beat for the rapper in 1999. What if Aretha Franklin were a club kid in the late aughts? She'd probably love to get down over a gnarly electro-house beat like this. It's a sweaty, grimy take on a raspy classic, and we are loving the new attitude.

You better think (think) Think about what you're tryin' to do to me Think (think-think) let your mind go Let yourself be free. Let's go back - let's go back A let's go way on to way back when I didn't even know you You couldn't a been too much more than ten (just a child). I ain't no psychiatrist I ain't no doctor with degrees But it don't take too much . To see what you're doing to me. You better think (think) Think about what you're tryin' to do to me Yeah, think (think-think) Let your mind go, let yourself be free.
