This was Bruce’s breakthrough album and ‘Wondering Where the Lions Are" got radio airplay globally. The album was influenced by the books of Charles Williams who was a contemporary of . In particular ‘The Place of the Lion’ which was a supernatural fantasy novel. The lion is an archetype which was a threat to be fought by magic.
